  • Oversee the creation and optimization of registration flows, guest lists, stakeholder mapping, and audience data analysis.
  • Drive creative content generation—leveraging speaker profiles, video, and content hooks to amplify event narratives before, during, and after each program.
  • Ensure flawless project management of all audience development activities, maintaining timelines, tracking KPIs, and reporting results.
  • Stay on top of emerging digital and social media trends—and adapt them into audience-building tactics.
  • Build, maintain, and update attendee guest lists for national and global events.

  • A deep interest in public policy and a strong understanding of stakeholder ecosystems in Washington and beyond.
  • Proven success growing audiences through integrated marketing efforts including social, email, and strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills—able to craft smart, compelling copy tailored to distinct audiences.
  • Presence of mind, attention to detail, and the ability to manage quick turnarounds.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
  • A collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal skills—comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Deep familiarity with social media channels and tools.
  • Experience with platforms such as Mailchimp, Eventbrite, Splash, Canva, basic design, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with digital ad platforms and analytics tools.
