Salons
Elevated convenings. Impactful outcomes.
Widehall salons are invitation-only, intimate, single-table moderated discussions. These conversations — often conducted under Chatham House Rule or off the record — are ideal opportunities for problem solving, coalition-building or for introducing new initiatives.
Our salons are high-level, non-editorial convenings that place an emphasis on getting policy practitioners and leaders from the private and advocacy sectors around a table for a candid exchange of ideas with the singular purpose of creating momentum for action around key thematic pillars that are directly related to the strategic goals of our partners. Widehall works closely with its partners to craft the appropriate topic of discussion and invitee list for maximum engagement and impact.
Forums & Summits
Your brand. Our expertise.
From two-hour forums, to full-day summits across the country, Widehall provides turnkey white label service for events of all sizes. Our globally-connected, expert event staff helps to curate impactful branded experiences and activations.
Forums are explorations of a single policy area while summits expand into multiple tracks of deep-dives that fit under an umbrella topic. Our forums and summits are public-facing gatherings featuring headliner speakers from both the public and private sectors.
Pop-Ups + Receptions
Quick turnarounds. Big impact.
Widehall situates these quick turnaround activations in dynamic venues and the events team at Widehall takes charge of speaker and audience recruitment in consultation with our partners. Pop-Ups provide the perfect setting for a fast-paced program accompanied by targeted networking and entertainment. Our globally-connected, expert event staff helps to curate impactful branded experiences and activations.
For example, a public-facing pop-up event can feature a fireside chat with a key public sector leader in front of an invite-only audience. Widehall also builds networking opportunities into the program, helping to make connections, with receptions before or after the program.
Media Forums & Roundtables
Media focused. Client driven.
Whether on the sidelines of major conferences, events and/or tentpole moments – or in key geographies and locations important to our clients – Widehall hosts invitation-only public forums and roundtables curated towards building an audience of top level journalists and members of the media.
Both events work together to curate a deeper understanding and higher levels of awareness of key issues, topics and policy most important to our partners. They ensure members of the media have a deep understanding of any issue via our private media roundtables, and then generate media coverage through the public forum featuring fireside chats and panels with public and private sector leaders.
Blue Label Convenings
